New Corimba Development Zone/Marginale in Luanda
This is a private mega project in Luanda which will open up a whole new glitzy dimension to the city, an entire new
coastal development zone replete with office high-rises, shopping malls, hotels, leisure ports, theme parks, restaurants, bars, cafis, discos,
casinos, public parks and residential areas.
I have read that various private investors have shown interest in this amaaaazing project (from Angola, Portugal, Brazil, China and Gulf Arab
countries)...surely more investors will jump aboard in the years ahead
